Council endorses pilot agreement for 901 Main Street; developer to remove scaffolding after closing

City staff told the council the IDA has approved a pilot agreement for the Peekskill Plaza Apartments at 901 Main Street, and that council endorsement is required before the IDA will finalize approvals. The council voted to authorize the city manager to approve the pilot agreement and enter into a host community fee and parking agreement with the Peekskill Plaza ownership group (Resolution J12).
