The Board of Trustees of Evant ISD approved the district's ESL Program Evaluation Report after a motion by Trustee Lauren Goins and a second by Trustee Stevan Stanford. The minutes state simply: "A motion was made by Lauren Goins and Seconded by Stevan Stanford to approve ESL Program Evaluation Report. Motion carried 4-0."
