Board approves two zoning changes after no public comment
The board approved two separate rezoning requests (Resolutions 20 26 28 and 20 26 #29) after planning staff said P&Z recommended unanimous approval and no members of the public spoke during the hearings.

The board opened two public hearings on May 18 for area rezoning requests. For the Madden request, planning staff described a proposal to rezone about 4.497 acres from A-1 to A-2 and to establish Parcel B by survey, which the applicant intends to sell to the owner of Parcel A; the planning and zoning commission recommended approval and staff recommended approval. The Chair opened the public portion and, with no speakers, the public portion was closed and the board adopted Resolution 20 26 28.
