City attorney: developer withdrew December annexation petition; county will be notified if refiled

Dina Ingram, the city attorney for Greenville, told the March 23 meeting that the earlier annexation petition was submitted on Dec. 1 and withdrawn on Dec. 18, and that Greenville currently has no pending annexation application.
