Commissioners continue public hearing on special‑use request for RV/mobile‑home park after mixed testimony

The board opened a public hearing on case PCPC25‑14, a special‑use request to allow recreational vehicles/mobile homes at a site on Ferry Lane. The proponent explained tornado damage and said the site had long been used for similar purposes; supporters said the owner has operated for decades.
