Mark Reid, Sheridan County planner, briefed the Board on subdivision activity, including updates to the Breen Subdivision on Cato Drive and applications anticipated for the September cycle such as rezoning roughly 80 acres from agricultural to rural residential, vacating a lane, and a utility easement vacation. He clarified that an Upper Road application involves the area where North Park Road and Upper Road meet but currently contains no development proposals.
