WRA Architects and Gainesville ISD reviewed twelve sealed proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the district’s Phase 2 additions and renovations and recommended BTC Construction as the "best value" for the package, citing proposed fees, team qualifications and past project performance. The recommendation and administration’s evaluation were presented to trustees on Feb. 17.
