Planning Commission approves variance to allow accessory structure in front yard on lakefront lot

Stephens County staff presented a variance request from Teresa Cantrell to permit an accessory structure within the front yard of a lakefront property (parcel 056 E 023). Staff said lakefront lots sit closer to the rear of the lot near Army Corps of Engineers property and that similar accessory structures exist on the cul-de-sac; staff recommended approval as a low-intensity request.
