Stephens County staff presented a request from Mulberry River Properties to subdivide a 5.3‑acre parcel into three lots; one proposed lot would be five feet short of the 100‑foot frontage requirement. Staff said the parcel has 295.5 feet of road frontage overall and that two of the three new lots would meet the 100‑foot requirement while one would need the five‑foot variance.
