Stephens County staff presented a rezoning request from the Patricia Tims estate to rezone 1.35 acres on Shady Lane (Parcel 43206) from agricultural-residential to agricultural-intensive for combination purposes. Planning staff said the Planning Commission recommended approval, and the board voted to approve the item during the meeting.
