Council approves engineering task orders, facade assistance, and drainage study
Council approved multiple staff‑recommended contracts: a $5,000 amendment to Duplantis Design Group for TxDOT permitting on Northmeyer Avenue; a façade performance agreement (not to exceed $40,000) for SpringHill Suites; and a task order (up to $50,000) for drainage analysis of Baywood Drive and Pine Gully Road.
