During old business the commission reviewed Special Temporary Permit requirements and information on ECHO housing. Dr. Bedell said the current 30‑day requirement for removal after a temporary use is too short and suggested extending the period to 60 or 90 days; Zoning Officer Monica Love agreed to draft language and aim to present revisions at the November meeting. Dr. Bedell also reminded members to continue reviewing the draft zoning ordinance between meetings.
