The MPO board approved a prequalification list of four consultants on Aug. 3 after staff described the RFP process (issued March 27, closed May 8). The selection committee, including chairs of CAC, TAC and BPAC and two staff members, found all four firms qualified and recommended contracting with them for a three‑year term with potential extensions.
