Council ratifies temporary IT support addendum with PC Landing Zone

Mr. Francis (speaker 10) told the council the addendum extends an existing managed-services agreement with PC Landing Zone to provide unlimited tier 1 and tier 2 support at $20,000 per month. He said recent staffing resignations left the IT department shorthanded and the expanded service is an interim measure while the city recruits replacements.
