Board asks township to correct map after finding recorded public‑trail easement
Board members reviewed a draft digital trail map, asked edits to private/future-trail labeling and alerted the Board of Supervisors that a trail shown as private is a recorded 10-foot public trail easement recorded July 16, 1991 (Deed Book 11265, Page 1; Deed Book 2496, Page 154).

Wallace Trail Preservation Board members reviewed a draft digital map prepared by architect Scott Aker and recommended several edits, including changing “HOA” labels to “Private,” removing dashed lines indicating future trails and deleting a trail shown at Barneston Dam.
