Wallace Township Adopts 2026 Fee Schedules and Security Camera Resolution
The Board unanimously adopted multiple 2026 fee schedules (building permits, subdivision and land development, escrow, conditional use/zoning hearing fees) via Resolutions 26-1 through 26-6 and later approved Resolution 26-09 establishing security-camera provisions for Township facilities.

At the Jan. 5 organization meeting the Board approved a series of resolutions establishing 2026 fees: Resolution 26-1 (building and zoning permit fees), Resolution 26-2 (subdivision and land development application fees), Resolution 26-3 (escrow fees for review of subdivision and land development plans), Resolution 26-5 (conditional use and zoning hearing application fees), and Resolution 26-6 (provisions related to the Environmental Advisory Council and appointments). The motions were made by Chairman Jones and seconded by Supervisor D'Angelo and carried unanimously.
