The City Council approved the Utilities Operations Division’s request to buy a Takeuchi TL12 compact track loader from Kirby Smith Machinery, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $99,800. Utilities staff told the council the current machine reached the end of its service life and the replacement will reduce downtime and major repair costs.
