Committee members said they need a clear swim‑lane diagram that walks owners and staff through default compliance, short extensions and full BPAP pathways. Marshall said IMT has been developing a flowchart and will publish it as a follow‑up and that the SDP/BPAP work can be integrated with Beam reporting to reduce owner burden.
