Reading Energy Board member Brian Cali reported that the Department of Fire Safety issued a permit for the library project that included structural engineering and architectural drawings. Cali said he needs to speak with John Vansant about ADA items cited in the permit and that he has begun sourcing quotes for a heat pump and carpenters to complete the work.
