Reading Energy Board member Brian Cali reported he had been invited by Martha Harrison at MARC to participate on an advisory panel for the state Climate Action Office and to help test a draft municipal climate-resiliency planning guide. Cali told the board he supports the program but does not have time to take on a new project in 2026; Bill Neukomm also said he lacked time. The board decided not to apply to be part of the pilot cohort.
