Council approved a fireworks permit for the Iowa 80 Group Truckers Jamboree (July 9–10) and agreed to move the May 23 Midwest Iron Addicts 5K start time from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a cigarette/tobacco permit renewal for Dolgencorp LLC was also renewed.
