Commission accepts stipulation setting rent terms for Caravetta/Proa at Voda

Staff presented a stipulated agreement in the Caravetta matter involving Proa at Voda. The stipulation sets rent for the term 08/01/2026 through 06/30/2027 at $1,580 with an express agreement that there will be no increase prior to 07/01/2027 and no retroactive rent due. "They agreed there would be no increase in rent prior to 07/01/2027 and that no retroactive rent would be due," staff reported.
