Parks Director Eric Marshall presented Resolution 46-20-26, recommending a contract with Kansas City Testing and Engineering to provide geotechnical engineering services at Hall Park. Marshall said the scope includes nine borings drilled to a depth of approximately 5 to 10 feet to characterize soils in the parking lot and construction areas.
