The Pine River-Backus School Board approved a slate of organizational memberships for 2026 intended to support district operations and intergovernmental collaboration. The motion, moved by Leslie Bouchonville and seconded by Ryan Trumble, listed seven organizations for district membership including the Minnesota School Board Association and the Minnesota State High School League.
