During "Other Matters" on Oct. 27, Chairwoman Susan Hughes-Smith requested an update from the Administration on state and federal grant reimbursement processes. The Administration reported that "federal systems for requesting monetary reimbursement are still operating, but information is limited during the government shut-down," and advised the committee that the county has received information from the state regarding Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) administration funding.
