Adam Bunge, an engineer with C.E.S., told the Committee of the Whole that the Village has "received the Construction Permit!" for Well 7 and outlined the next regulatory steps. He said the village will be required to retest for radium and gross alpha during the final well water-quality test as part of the operating-permit application process.
