Assistant Superintendent David Campbell presented recommended updates from the Arkansas School Boards Association (ASBA) model policies 4.4, 4.45.1 and 4.47. On a motion by Dwight Ford and seconded by Heather Fulbright, the board adopted the model-policy updates 7–0.
