Elementary, middle and high school principals reported on UIL placements, All-Region Band qualifiers, 504 meetings, clinicals and other program updates; ESC 17 praised a new social studies instructional implementation at the middle school.

Glen Hill reported for Elementary Principal Joanna Fullingim that "the elementary campus recently hosted the district UIL competition and earned a 3rd place overall finish," and that formal teacher evaluations have been completed. Ollie Hart told the board the middle school "recently hosted the district UIL competition and earned a 2nd place overall, with One Act Play earning 1st Place," and that 25 students qualified for All-Region Band; ESC 17 visited and expressed excitement about the new Social Studies instructional implementation.
