The board unanimously approved a minor subdivision transferring 3.56 acres from a 20.1-acre lot owned by Thomas Yule to a 3.6-acre lot owned by Jose Ramos, subject to submission of final subdivision plots within 180 days and payment of outstanding fees.

The Town of Veil Planning Board on Aug. 13 approved a minor subdivision and lot-line realignment that transfers 3.56 acres from a 20.1‑acre parcel owned by Thomas Yule to a neighboring parcel owned by Jose Ramos. The approval reduces Lot 1 to 17.1 acres and increases Lot 2 to 6.56 acres, as shown on a lot-line realignment plan prepared by Povall Engineering, PLLC.
