The council confirmed Mayor Michael S. Quinn's appointments to the Planning Commission. Councilmember Per Odegaard moved to confirm Kelly Farrell, Ron Trompteter, and Micah Blair as Planning Commissioners and to appoint Steve Colvin as an alternate, all for four‑year terms. Councilmember Laura Murphy seconded the motion and the minutes record unanimous passage.
