University of Tennessee to lease space in Oak Ridge National Security Prototype Center
The University of Tennessee asked the commission to approve a lease (with waiver of advertisement) with Roane County NSPC LLC for the National Security Prototype Center in Oak Ridge; UT will occupy about one‑third of the building and base rent will cover debt service, the president said.
