State Building Commission approves consent items, minutes and multiple project authorizations
The State Building Commission approved the consent agenda and a series of project approvals including Tennessee Tech phase 1 ($2.5M), UT Memphis College of Medicine funding, a UT Knoxville P3 predevelopment agreement, DGS lease-rate adjustments, and master plans for multiple colleges.

The State Building Commission opened by approving the consent agenda and moved through a packed regular agenda that included project approvals, master plans and administrative reports. Chair Mr. Marshall called for and received voice votes approving the consent agenda and later approved the minutes of the 07/09/2026 meeting.
