The Bowie ISD Board of Trustees voted to authorize the superintendent to enter into an annual interlocal bussing agreement with four adjoining school districts, approving the motion 6–1. Secretary Kent Dosch moved the recommendation and Trustee Jeff Jackson seconded; Trustee Angie Christmas cast the lone dissenting vote.
