During commissioner reports on June 2, board members highlighted USDA broadband grant opportunities and the need to convene a broadband task force to coordinate county applications. Chair (S1) said she had asked SCCDP to convene a broadband task force and that dates had been circulated, noting the application window was tight: “I think it's pretty important that we sit in on that and make sure that we are applying because, we have, like, 3 weeks at this point.”
