The Sulphur Springs ISD Board of Trustees approved attendance boundary changes for Rowena Johnson Elementary, Sulphur Springs Elementary and Barbara Bush Elementary effective for the 2026-2027 school year. Kati Adair moved to approve the boundaries and John Campbell seconded; the minutes record the vote as 6-0.
