The board adopted a personnel policy change for Non‑Chapter 21 contract teachers, voting to keep such teachers at Step Zero pay until they become certified or have three years of service, at which point they become eligible under HB2 TRA rules. The motion (Motion #6293) was made by Mr. Bruce and seconded by Dr. Green and passed 6-0.
