The City Council voted to amend Resolution 26-6 and then adopt the amended resolution directing the tax commissioner to prepare a side-by-side analysis comparing the city's current in-house municipal-income-tax administration with regional options. The amendment added the Central Collection Agency (CCA) as an additional administrative model to be compared alongside the regional income tax agency (RITA) and the regional tax agency (RETA).
