Skyler Lipsky presented the final engineer's report and recommended levy for the Hoosier Ranch / Nob Hill Landscaping and Lighting District, proposing a charge of $87.10 per equivalent benefit unit — a $1.04 increase from the previous year. Lipsky told the council the county required adding a line to the resolution specifying the actual dollar amount per-parcel in section 5; with that amendment staff recommended approval.
