Supervisor Fagan updated the board on efforts to repair water damage at the Senior Center. He said the town reached out to three contractors; Advance Restoration provided a quote that did not cover all work and KPM submitted a quote to perform only the tear-out portion of the job. KPM is working to obtain a quote from another company to complete the remaining mitigation work.
