Town Manager Thomas Dansie summarized the previously awarded RAP Tax award for the Zion Canyon Art Festival. "Kyla Topham moved to approve the RAP Tax Funding Agreement for the Zion Canyon Art Festival in the amount of $5,000.00 and directed the Mayor to sign," the minutes state. The motion was seconded by Randy Aton and the vote was unanimous.
