Council approves driveway easement for 117 Quail Ridge Road
Springdale approved an easement allowing access across Town parcel S-161-A-1-C so Craig Neal can access parcel S-161-A-5 (117 Quail Ridge Road); the council limited the easement to driveway use and instructed staff to finalize legal descriptions.

Director of Community Development Niall Connolly told the council that irregular parcel lines and steep slopes left a gap between Quail Road and parcel S-161-A-5, creating a practical access issue for the applicant, Craig Neal. The requested easement would permit driveway access across Town-owned parcel S-161-A-1-C to benefit 117 Quail Ridge Road (parcel S-161-A-5).
