Councilman Paul Jackson moved and Councilwoman Ann Hall seconded Resolution #13/26 to support the St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators' action and the town's backing of NYS Senate Bill S.7298 and NYS Assembly Bill A.7439, described in the minutes as "an Act to Amend the Vehicle and Traffic Law to Increase the Width and Weight of Description Specifics for an All-Terrain Vehicle." The motion passed by roll call: Jackson YES; Sullivan ABSENT; Hall YES; Pierce YES; Houghton YES.
