Council discussed deteriorating road conditions on Cochran Rd., noting that Western Rock performed a repair on a large hole that had formed. Commissioners reported the road shoulder is being pushed out by daily heavy-truck traffic and said the county has plans to widen and repair Cochran Rd. under its Mobility Bond program.
