WRTA staff told the commission the agency is operating a Riverton microtransit pilot that has grown from initial ridership of 40–50 a day to about 60–70 daily riders, and said the agency's safe‑ride program recorded 601 rides in December. WRTA staff described data-driven fixes, a planned fixed‑route redesign and an ongoing push to refine travel-time and stop locations to increase efficiency.
