At its Sept. 16 meeting the Harleton ISD Board voted unanimously to buy 40 additional security cameras to increase districtwide coverage; the motion passed with five trustees recorded in favor.

The Harleton ISD Board of Trustees voted Sept. 16 to purchase 40 additional security cameras to expand camera coverage throughout the district. "Motion by Kevin Evers and second by Harvey Fox to approve Forty Additional Cameras to Increase Security Camera Coverage Throughout the District," the minutes record. The motion carried with Tim Skaggs, Ben Wilson, Jacob Muehlstein, Pat Mc Gill and Brian Fitzgerald voting in favor.
