The Harleton ISD Board of Trustees voted to award Russell Construction Services the contract for the elementary playground restroom facility upgrade. Board member Brian Fitzgerald made the motion and Board member Ben Wilson seconded it; the minutes record five trustees voting in favor (Tim Skaggs, Pat Mc Gill, Kevin Evers, Harvey Fox and Jacob Muehlstein) and none against.
