Commissioner Mel Kahele moved to adopt the Sept. 24–25, 2025 minutes; Commissioner Bruce Uwu seconded the motion. Executive Officer Daniel Orodenker conducted a roll call. Commissioners Kahele, Uwu, Yamane, Carr Smith and Chair Brian Lee voted in the affirmative and the minutes were adopted unanimously.
