The CHISUM ISD Board approved revisions to federal grant procurement thresholds as required by Senate Bill 1173, 89th Regular Session, effective Oct. 1, 2025. The motion was made by Dashielle Floyd and seconded by Matt Patterson and passed with five trustees voting in favor and two absent.
