Trustees approved Budget Amendment No. 2 for the 2025–26 fiscal year on Feb. 9, increasing the general fund expenditure budget by $76,134 for Data Processing. The amendment raises total general fund expenditures from $9,901,463 to $9,977,597 and reduces the projected fund balance from $500,116 to $423,982. Brenda Ferguson, Director of Finance, presented Exhibit C showing the line-item adjustments.
