The Board reviewed January 2025 financial statements showing income of $60,193, regular expenses of $23,132, and other expenses of $2,792 for East Ditch repair. Director Kathie Brazinski moved to approve the financials; Director Jessica Brown seconded and "the motion passed unanimously," the minutes state.
